Can I use this bag even if I’m not a mum?
Absolutely! It’s designed with mums in mind, but it’s also a super versatile everyday bag. The wipe pocket can hold tissues or sanitiser wipes too!
Is the wet wipe pocket refillable?
Yes - absolutely! The wipe compartment is designed to be refilled. Simply unzip the hidden pocket inside the bag and refill it with your favourite wipes! No need to carry a full bulky pack - just take what you need for the day.
The wipes feed through the front zip opening, so you can easily grab one with one hand while you're on the go.
What colours does it come in?
The first launch includes black, tan, and beige - timeless, neutral tones designed to match effortlessly with any outfit, season, or style.
How do I clean the bag?
The bag is made from wipeable, water-resistant materials. Just spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking or machine washing to keep it looking fresh.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped from Sydney within 3-5 business days of placing your order. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
If you need your order in a hurry, simply add ‘Express Order’ to your cart at checkout and we will have your bag shipped within 2-3 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at the moment - but we’re working on options for Sydney mums! Subscribe and follow us on Instagram for updates.
Can I return or exchange my bag?
We want you to love your Mamaease bag. If there’s a problem with your order, please email us at hello@mamaease.com.au within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll be happy to help.
Please note:
Personalised bags (coming soon) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Faults include things like a broken zipper, loose stitching, damaged lining, faulty magnetic closure, or other manufacturing issues.
We take pride in quality, so if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we do! Just add ‘Gift Packaging’ to your cart and we’ll wrap your order with care - perfect for a thoughtful surprise, a little pick-me-up for a mama who deserves some love or simply showing a fellow mama you’re thinking of her.
