We want you to love your Mamaease purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging and not personalised
- You can provide proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Mamaease is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your store credit or refund (your choice) within 5 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Received something faulty, damaged, or incorrect? We're so sorry! We’ll make it right.
Please email us at hello@mamaease.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos of the fault or damage
We’ll offer you a replacement, refund, or store credit, and cover all related shipping costs.
Personalised & Sale Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalised items
- Sale or clearance items
These items are only eligible for return if they arrive faulty or damaged.
